“Beautiful area, house had potential but was poorly up-kept. Property owner spoke no English, making it hard to understand the rules and workings of the property such as the laundry room downstairs. Full of mold, making it tough to breathe. Screens are damaged or warped, so insects swarm the home at night. Amenities are nearly nonexistent, such as no trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels or coffee filters. Heavy metals made the water unsafe to drink, yet no good water was provided. Outside deck...

“Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. The unit is modern and clean. There were a few minor issues. We would have appreciated having a role of paper towel to be provided. We forgot to get one and it is quite a drive to the nearest grocery store. There was a vent in the ceiling, above the front door, that was dripping water on the floor.”
