Altre caratteristiche includono: Grande TV a schermo nella grande sala; nuovi ventilatori a soffitto in ogni stanza; TV in tutte le camere da letto; nuovi letti in tutte le camere; completamente rinnovato, box doccia esterna sul retro della casa; cucina completamente attrezzata con lavastoviglie; tv via cavo; Internet senza fili; lavatore e asciugatore. famiglia meravigliosa casa accogliente dove i proprietari amano trascorrere del tempo la creazione di ricordi speciali con i loro figli e nipoti giovani e che desiderano la stessa cosa per i loro ospiti per le vacanze! Overall good
Overall it was a good experience. A few things to note.. we stay on the island at least twice a year for the last 6 years we love it and we really loved the location of this property. In all of the places I stayed I’ve never had a property be set on 80 degrees when we arrived. It made the space feel stagnant and stuffy. It made for a terrible first impression. The inside definitely could have been more updated. Also the beds… obviously you never expect luxury when staying at a rental but this was kids camp bad. So bad that on the last two nights my husband and I slept in the living room on the chair and sofa because it was so uncomfortable. Lastly there was several things left in the closets from I would only guess previous renters which made us all a little nervous.. like how well was the place cleaned if those things were left. Again overall it was a good experience but could have been excellent..

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The House itself was very nice and a great location. The outdoor shower is nice, has great dishes/pots and pans. Tvs with cable and internet is also very nice. I loved the tile showers. However, It seemed like it had been empty a few weeks because there were dead bugs and mouse poop everywhere. Big problem! Also it was only 50 degrees in the house and when we turned on the heat it stunk for a couple hours because it had never been turned on this season. Having to scrub floors, put on sheets, and freeze while trying to keep 3 children under the age of 5 off the nasty floors after driving 11 hours was a rough arrival to say the least. The faucet in one of the bathrooms is loose and wiggles. I would also highly recommend to the owners all new mattresses. Those are ancient and are by far the most uncomfortable and worn out beds we have ever slept on in a rental or hotel. After renting from you 4 times now I was a little dissatisfied with this experience.

I was really impressed with this rental property. My family and I have been renting from Island Reality for the last 5 years and will continue to do so.

The house is much bigger than the photos could do justice. It only took 4 minutes to walk to beach entrance; literally a 45 second drive. Very satisfied and have already planned to stay in this house again next year.
