“I live in the neighborhood and booked for a friend who was visiting a couple days. She reported that the bed and furniture were comfortable, the kitchen had everything she needed including good coffee and the private patio space was an extra plus. The host was friendly and attentive. ”

“This cute little hotel is located very close to the Chinatown gates, bus stops, restaurants. There is a little market up the road for some groceries and cold wine/beer. The pub next door has good food. It is an older building with a narrow winding staircase, but it does have an elevator. It does not have that old building smell, though! The room is spacious with large openable windows (no A/C). The sofabed in this suite is incredibly uncomfortable and needs replacing. Fortunately I only had to...

“This is a cottage behind an apartment building that was very quiet, but close to shopping and trendy stores. It was comfortable and clean and just right for a visit to my son who lives in the same area. Thank you, Chris!”

“We love that the room was clean and surprisingly there was not a lot of noise so we were able to sleep deep. They gave us a key to enter the building which was helpful. It was convenient for us because we were able to walk to get breakfast at different places. There is no parking available but overall we love staying here. I love that there was free coffee.”

The listing makes the rooms look clean, but they’re disgusting and ours had a window leading to a ledge right outside the window that anyone could have come onto and broken in. No hot water, even after running it for five minutes. No Wi-Fi. Rude manager.”
