“Other than the comms beforehand the place was excellent for a family stay. On the beach with a private pool. Three large ensuite bedrooms. Really well laid out and very well kept with a barbecue on the terrace. In terms of location it's quite good. 20 mins from split airport but not under the flight path. “When we booked this was rated as 4-star. Plenty of space, comfortable bed and nice friendly owners, but 4-star it isn't. We were also lead to believe that it was in walking distance of various restaurants but there was nothing - the nearby hotel had a beach bar/restaurant but that closed for the season during our stay (in September?). Views over a building site! The photos on the Villa's website include several that are actually of the mentioned hotel, not Villa Nico and it's own facilities.”

“Efficient taxi transfer from the airport arranged by Anna our host. We out of season and were kindly upgraded to a two bedroom apartment. Lovely and spacious with a super sea facing terrace. Very clean and modern with all amenities we needed including hair dryer, washing machine etc. A lovely touch was being provided with a plate of ham and cheese to enjoy when we arrived. I happily recommend this place and would love to return one day.”

“The apartment was superb, we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. It had the most stunning terrace overlooking the Adriatic sea. We would have bit of breakfast and coffee here each morning, sunbathing on the loungers and late morning we would head for a swim on the nearest beach which is only a few minutes walk awat. Restaurants and bars are within 100 meters and Trogir by boat is just gorgeous with taxis boats going from the end of the road.”

“l'appartement est parfait ! L'appartement est très propre, la grande terrasse est vraiment très agréable, avec une belle vue l'emplacement est idéal pour les visites, l'endroit est calme, une piscine pour nous permettre de nous rafraichir. Les hôtes sont adorables, discrets, ne manquent pas de nous donner des conseils ; ils ont eu de délicates attentions, petits gâteaux, figues, vins. Je recommanderai ce logement sans problème”

“If you want to explore Trogir or Split it‘s perfect and close to the airport. It is pretty basic and the beds are not the most confortable ones. The owners are really helpfull. If you just need the appartment to sleep there and explore it‘s fine. If you wan‘t something to chill out as well you may want to search something else”

“Die Tage die unser erwachsene Enkel und wir in der Ferienwohnung verbringen durften war für uns sehr entspannend. Der Ausblick aufs Meer einmalig, besonders, da noch keine Hochsaison war und die benachbarten Ferienhäuser so gut wie nicht belegt waren. Die Tips bezüglich Restaurants, Strände usw. waren sehr gut. Top ist auch der Parkplatz direkt am Haus, da die Straßen doch sehr eng und steil sind. Villa Neira ist sehr zu empfehlen!!!”

“The apartment was very well equipped with absolutely everything we needed. The view from the balcony is fantastic, especially are the sunsets amazing. You can seek both sun and shade at the well-furnished balcony, but there is no roof in case of rain. “From the minute we arrived, Iveca and his family did everything they could to make us feel welcome. The apartment is spacious, clean, well equipped and with wonderful views from the balcony. Relaxing by the beautiful private pool was a highlight of the holiday as was the delicious meal that Iveca cooked for us. The location was fantastic, with beaches and cafes in walking distance. Villa Knez and our hosts were perfect in every way! ”
