“The view is amazing! Staff are nice . Although on checking out we were presented with a restaurant bill on which is not ours.Good I still have our receipts from the restaurant. We always pay our bill in cash before leaving the restaurant. Staff must have misheard the room number of the other diner and charged it to our room. I told them to check their camera .The music is loud too .I suggest they have guests initial their bill every time they charged it to their room . I emailed and messaged...

“Very comfortable room. Wonderful view on the bay and Cadlao island. Private tours for the island (we have done tour A and C) starting directly from beach in front of the resort. Only negative point is that to reach the resort you should take two trycyles, one included in the services of the resort and one for payment. In the night it could be difficult to find a trycycle at disposal to make the last part of the trip. Staff very kind! Laundry service efficient and cheap. Restaurant with view on...

“Check on was extremely slow considering we were the only ones and came a day late. Our room was not ready even though we paid for the night before. The bungalow was well kept and clean The breakfast was good. We did eat at the restaurant but better food else where. I booked a tour and was given the wrong one the receptionist told me it was my fault that I had signed for it. Which was untrue I never signed for it. Other than that my stay was perfect ”
