The structure itself, one of the few traditional that are still around in Arima Onsen, the staff that was unbelievably helpful, the dinner that was delicious and well presented, and the two baths, that thanks to the fact that there are just few guests in the hotel we enjoyed whenever we wanted and almost never waited for! ”

“家族で利用しました。 スタッフの方が大変丁寧で、おもてなしの精神を感じました。 せっかくだったのでご案内いただいた最上階のビューバスルームへアップグレードしてみましたが、お風呂からの景色は湯船に浸かると見えない点と、お湯をためると窓が曇って外が見えない点が残念でした。 少し古さは感じる部分があるものの、ブランド感やスタッフの方々の対応が素晴らしく、また来たいと心から思えるお宿でした。”
