“First time in Galapagos and the staff and management at the Indigo made it the most amazing trip. They were very helpful in booking different activities and restaurants. The staff also made great drinks and food was excellent at the hotel. It is by far the most luxurious option in Galapagos. While some write about it being a higher price point, it is fully worth it for the level of service, cleanness of rooms, quality of food and hotel. “Check-in was a bit bizarre because they didn't ask for any identification and the hot tub was not full, no explanation, we tried to stop by the front desk twice when staying and checking out and couldn't find anyone. Breakfast was delightful on the roof, but it's a ways away from town and felt very quiet and a bit strange with not all amenities available ”

“This property is centrally located and well maintained. The main complaint is that there was raely anyone at the reception when assistancecwas needed.. ”

“The rooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was great with an attentive and flexible staff who adjusted breakfast times for an early excursion which they helped us book (a 360 island tour which was also excellent and reasonably priced compared to similar options). They were also very flexible with early check-in and departure. All around a great value for our short stay in San Cristobal.”

“This is a family-owned and run hotel that is next to their restaurant and tour business. We soon became family even though we did not speak each others' languages. It is next to the water and pier. We loved sitting out front and listening to the sea lions bark and watch the crabs scurrying about their business. The coveted blue-footed boobie visited each evening.”

“The owner is super nice and super friendly. Gave us plenty of tips and advice. 3 minute walk to el malecón which is all but stores and restaurants. Breakfast included fresh cut fruits, fresh juice, fresh coffee, warm bread rolls, scrambled eggs, butter and jam. If we ever go back to the Galapagos, this is where we will stay. ”

“We only stayed one night while we were transferring back to the mainland after our stay on Galapagos and it was a perfect place to rest while we were travelling. Relaxing and quiet!”

“This property was in a good location in between Playa Mann and town. 5 minute walk to either. Hosts were great and very helpful for planning our days, they even arranged taxis for us and picked us up from the airport. Room was very clean and spacious with awesome sea views”

“This family owned hotel was simply perfect in every way. They went above and beyond to make sure I had an enjoyable experience. The breakfast was delicious. When I had an issue with a tour to Kicker Rock that I previously booked, Jose was able to get me on another boat at the last minute, which I really appreciated because it was a phenomenal experience. The rooms are very clean and the bed was comfortable. I really enjoyed chilling in the hammock on my balcony at sunset. ”

“Nice place - it is exactly how it displays online. Clean, basic hotel a little away from the centre of town, but still only a 5 minute walk. Plenty of food and shops nearby. Staff went out of their way to help us when we had an issue with one of the local laundries being closed. Recommend.”
