“I honestly cannot rate my stay at Papageno Resort in Kadavu highly enough. As a backpacker on a budget, staying here was a very special treat for me, and it exceeded every expectation.
Every single member of the staff, without exception, was incredibly friendly, caring, and genuinely focused on making sure I had the best possible experience. Their warmth and kindness made such a difference, and I truly felt welcomed throughout my stay.

“Unfortunately, our experience at The Beach House was quite disappointing. The staff were not very helpful or welcoming, and the food was quite average.
The room was also very dark and unfortunately had cobwebs, which made it feel like it had not been properly cleaned or maintained.
Overall, we expected a much better experience and were disappointed with the quality of the service, food, and room. Hopefully, these issues can be addressed for future guests”
“This is not a swanky resort. Seems to be used mostly by divers for a night or two. The food was not good, basic western menus done badly - greasy breakfast, pasta with jarred sauce, pizza that was missing toppings. We went off site and found the burger place next door to it Beach Bum Burgers, was seriously good quality gourmet burgers, homemade and served by the owners, and there's little 'Raj's restaurant' 5 mins up the main road, that did the nicest chicken curry (ask for boneless), it was...

“Spiaggia molto bella ; anche la nostra camera delux villa sea view adeguata ; la struttura necessita di rinnovamento.. il cibo è pessimo e colazione meno che essenziale meglio portare qualcosa da fuori per turisti europei ! Non adatta si viaggi di nozze .. vale quello che paghi ! Costa poco e c’è un perché ”
