Il general manager italiano , numero uno , nell'ascoltare le esigenze del cliente e nel promuovere nel breve futuro un NO SMOKING nella sala del breakfast . Il fumo dei fumatori arriva in faccia ai clienti che non fumano , con grave disturbo della colazione stessa . In piu i bambini vittime innocenti del fumo passivo .Ho segnalato al manager , che mi ha promesso che fara' un divieto di fumo...

“The hotel is very nice with a wonderful view on the sea! The service should be definitely be improved! We stayed there for 4 nights and for 3 times the room was not clean properly! The first time the housekeeping completely forgot to clean the bath. The other 2 times no water was put in the room! We also discovered a candy left by previous guests just below the bed. For a 5 star hotel it is unacceptable! Moreover also the restaurant service should be improved. On the opposite, the concierge...
