“A nice clean, small apartment centrally located on James Island. Cozy place and Susan was very responsive and accommodating.Stair-only access so must be able to climb stairs.Some of the neighborhood houses are not very nice - but I know the island well and expected this. It’s an area that is in the process of improvement - but safety was never a concern.Overall a great place to stay while heading out on excursions into town (about 10 min if traffic is light) or to Folly Beach (easy 5 min again...

We would have wished for warmer weather the first week we were there (mid Feb) but this last week of Deb the weather has warmed up and we used the screened in porch as well as the chairs outside. The hostess was charming and helped advise us on placed to visit and restaurants. Five stars!”
