“Great customer service ”

“An excellent location, convenient access to all that Charleston has to offer! Good, clean, basic motel. Our room had both a mini fridge and a microwave which was handy. The property is beautifully landscape and set on the side of a good sized creek. We weren’t traveling with a pet, but it seemed like a beautiful place to stay with a dog.”

“Hotel comodo, parcheggio disponibile all'esterno. Vicino ad un ottimo ristorante giapponese e ad una farmacia. Camera ampia con il necessario per il soggiorno, prodotti da bagno cambiati ogni giorno, aria condizionatabin stanza un pó rumorosa (la notte lasciavo solo la ventilazione per ridurre il rumore), wifi gratis (ma noiosa la procedura per il log in), buona la colazione continentale anche se poca scelta di dolci (solo muffin che erano molto buoni). Personale gentile e disponibile. ”

“Stanza con carpet molto sporco, per 2 giorni consecutivi non hanno pulito la stanza se non dopo ripetute richieste. Colazione inclusa sufficiente. Letti molto comodi. A 20 minuti di macchina da downtown Charleston quindi posizione molto comoda. ”

“This room was wonderful. Staff was friendly, restaurant was disappointing. ”

“First room we were given, the A/C was broken. Second room had no trash can, no coffee maker. One of the TVs didnt work. Old sheets were left on the pull out couch matress. No replacement sheets or pillows. We were there for 2 nights and not one time when we left did room service come in and clean. Ive stayed in much better rooms for $120 a night for sure. Hallways and elevators smelled like weed. Flies and misquitos all inside the hallways. ”

“The room was nasty and smelt horrible. stuff all over the sheets, didn’t have a refrigerator or a microwave. i had to make them move us to a new room and there was nasty stuff all over the sheets on the side. do not waste ur money here. the pool is green as well. ”

“Checked in. Checked the room, mold on the curtains, holes in the wall, dirty floors, went to the office and checked out. Went down the road and spent money on a better hotel. I had better accommodations in Afghanistan. ”

“L'hôtel non vale certamente i soldi pagati. Lo stabile necessita una una buona manutenzione e soprattutto i materassi dovrebbero essere cambiati.per due persone sono estremamente piccoli ( il tipo Queen normalmente consente un buon sonno a due persone). La colazione è limitata all'essenziale con poche scelte.”

“The room was immaculate and beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful. Never a wait for their attention or help. That goes for the restaurant staff as well. Everything about the Dunlin is exceptional.”

“The staff was amazing, the room was great. The website says there's an airport shuttle - which I was told was WRONG when I called to ask for timing. That was a little off-putting, since I chose the hotel in part for that shuttle. But everything else was tip-top, and I'm happy to have chosen SpringHill Suites anyway. ”
