O prédio e o hall são belíssimos e o hóspede é recebido com uma taça de frizante.O quarto localizado com vista para montanhas tem uma das mais belas vistas que já vivenciamos. “Es war wieder ein sehr schöner Winterurlaub in der Hohen Tatra. Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage (mitten im Ort, dicht am Skigebiet und am gut sortierten Supermarkt). Die Appartements sind groß, gut ausgesrattet und teilweise mit Balkon; wenn auch so langsam der Zahn der Zeit an vielen Ecken der Einrichtung nagt. Das umfangreiche Frühstücksangebot lässt keine Wünsche offen; innerhalb von 14 Tagen gab es kaum Wiederholungen. Es gibt einen kostenfreien Skibus direkt vor dem Hotel, der Bahnhof zur...

“Bellissimo hotel proprio sul lago, dal Balcone della nostra camera si godeva di una vista meravigliosa. Ristrutturato di recente, camera piccola ma dotata di ogni comfort. Colazione a buffet davvero ben fornita e ottima. Anche la Spa, molto ampia, ci è piaciuta. Consigliatissimo! ”

“Billederne så meget bedre ud end det var og prisen alt for høj til standarden. Værelse med udsigt til bjerg betød at man skulle stå ved et højt vindue og kigge ud til siden. Værelset var slidt og med gamle møbler og gulvtæppe. Intet tryk på det varme vand. Venligt personale, men ville ikke bo her igen.”

“Un magnifico hotel en plena montana. Habitacion muy agradable, excelente desayuno. Personal un poco distante. Cuidado con el acceso al hotel si tienes coche ya que es imposible aparcar y se debe dejar el vehiculo en el valle y coger un transporte del hotel pero el procedimiento es folklorico Cena buffet correcto. Bonito spa”

“It was “okay” we found some children’s clothing under the couch so cleaning is probably not the best. The kitchen utensils were flimsy and not strong enough to do much with. The location is good. Not a lot of parking either, pool is available for 1 euro per room. ”

“Standard double room advertised as much bigger, see photos e.g. with armchair and desk space. In reality, there is no armchair and desk available, apart from of the TV's, so the room is definitely smaller, e.g. the one you see under twin bed room. Some of the spaces will need some improvement in the next few years, but still a 4/5. Apart from this, I am very satisfied, clean, silent, and well equipped spaces, great kitchen ( food quality), the Wellness suit is AMAZING. And the Staff is...
