“Did not expect this hotel to be so wonderful. The room is clean and smell fresh. Everything looks new and cosy. They also have little notes in the room to encourage you like "You did not wake up to be mediocre" and nice pictures printed on cards. Main lobby is warmly decorated and corridor has soft lightings and paintings. You can tell they really put in good efforts to make the guests feel comfortable. “Although the appearance of the building outside have been fully repaint but facilities in the building is all so old / outdated . Worst thing is the water pressure for shower is so weak . Take hours to get properly clean . So dissapointed !”

“Stay was poor. Room was rundown and poorly maintained. The water in the sink was brown for several minutes. The sea view is too far away from the chalet to appreciate. Swimming pool was over run with kids. Food ( buffet breakfast )was average. I would give this place a miss and stay somewhere else closer to KLIA where we had to catch a flight from. ”
