Average property
Windows were filthy and outdoor areas were very unkempt. Only half of the burners on the gas grill worked. Attempted to contact the property manager several times before checking in and never received a response. Inside was clean and very spacious. Could use some new flooring. Carpets very stretched. No window coverings in the kitchen and dining area causing it to be quite warm in those areas during the day and no privacy from neighbors.

Needs some improvement
We are very unhappy that all bedding in all three bedrooms had not been washed when we arrived at the house. In general, the house is normal, but everything there for use is of very low quality. The white towels have been washed and look grey. and the soap is diluted with water to such an extent that it is impossible to wash your hands, because in the end only water remains. we checked into the house at 12:30 at night and would have been glad to go to bed to rest, but we needed to wash and dry the bed linen and it took 1.5 hours, we sat on the sofa and waited. and even after washing, the linen looked as if it had been used for many years. we were asked to send photos to prove that the bed linen was not washed, but the app does not allow us to send photos. We were very upset by such a reception of guests and expected that at least some action would follow from the owners of the house, but they never wrote to us again or asked how our further stay in this house was going.

Expansive modern house
Had a good time, house was outfitted with all the amenities required and proximity to tours was good. Lots of room to spread out and separate bathrooms were a treat.

Hoffentlich kümmern sich die Eigentümer besser um das schöne Objekt
Es war unser zweiter Aufenthalt in dem Haus. Zwei Jahre später musste man aber feststellen, dass das Haus wesentlich weniger sauber ist als es zuvor war. Es ist eher zu bezweifeln, ob beispielsweise die Bettwäsche wirklich gewaschen wurde. Der Grill war völlig verschmutzt. Auch die Ausstattung (Pfannen, Teller usw.) sind in die Jahre gekommen. Auf eine Rückmeldung zur Agentur kam keinerlei Antwort - Kommunikation fand nicht statt. Dies ist sehr schade, denn das Haus ist toll gelegen und ist eigentlich auch relativ geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Hoffentlich kontrollieren die Eigentümer die Instandhaltung des Objekts besser!

Nice Property
The house itself is great! It was perfect for our getaway to Lake Powell! It was clean, the beds are comfy and the kitchen was well stocked with most things. The front and backyards were overgrown with weeds and goat head stickers…ouch! The communication with the host was not the best, they took hours to answer questions I had and some were left unanswered. I would stay again if the communication was better.

There was some misunderstanding about our arrival time so it hadn’t been cleaned. However as soon as we got ahold of owner it was makes right and we will definitely be back!!!!!!!

Wonderful, convenient property with a view!
Absolutely loved staying here. We are excited to come back to this vrbo location in the future. Centrally located to so many amazing outdoor activities. Fully stocked, beautiful kitchen that any cook would have fun working in. Everything was clean and tidy. Listing was extremely accurate and home was easily accessed. Thank you so much for hosting us.
