“We stayed in the Deluxe River View room, the best room in the hotel. The room was clean and spacious. The only fault we could find with the room was lack of storage. The 2 pools were lovely, they were quiet during the day when people were out on day trips. Staff were great. We give a special mention to the reception staff who advised us where to go for day trips which they easily arranged for us. “Beautiful location with enormous potential. The hotel in general was good amazing pool and right on the river kwai with ppol bar and terrace right on the river. The food for dinner was good but breakfast was ordinary. Important point is that the staff are driven hard to push you towards using their own drivers for excursions which can be a bit tiresome. Very friendly service across the board.”
