“Very well maintained. Good location staff friendly. Very nice breakfast with lots of options buffet style. Nice hot shower glass front walk in. Did not like that they had no bed protectors or mattress pads. Was not clean behind couch that is left pulled out from wall all mirrors were large and beautiful, but they were dirty. Large wall window with no way of opening, so if you like fresh air not the plsce for you. Heating and cooling unit sits very close to bed so temperature control is difficult...

“I always stay here when passing through KC, nice and clean hotel! Only problem was that the room was super hot and stuffy because the fan only blew out really hot ai, so it was a sweaty and uncomfortable nights sleep ”

“The staff at the Doubletree are always friendly and helpful. The property is beginning to show signs of age. The bathtub was clean but still looked dirty due to age. It was also quite cold in the hallway and room. It took a very long time to warm up the room. I think the windows are not very insulated. Closing the curtains fully did help. The ceiling had some water damage spots. Overall it was a nice stay but not the same Doubletree I remember staying in. ”
