“An der Rezeption spricht man kein Englisch. Es hat eine Stunde gedauert bis man meine Buchung gefunden hatte. Wurde immer nach dem Bezahlungsdatum mit der Visa-Karte gefragt. Zum Glück spreche ich Thai! Das Frühstück ist schrecklich. Nur ein Messer für alle Gäste zum Butter und Marmelade auftragen!!! Gibt nur Toastbrot, ein Marmeladenglas, ein Butterglas und Kaffeepulver zum selber aufbrühen. Das Hotel liegt so verlassen in einer Seitenstraße. Keine abendliche Aktionen möglich. Nur von Hunden...

“Très déçu par l hôtel piscine inutilisable pas nettoyée depuis 3 ans le propriétaire nous a dit d aller nous baigner à la rivière proche !!! propriétaire très désagréable. arrives dans la soirée nous avons passe une nuit puis nous avons préféré changer d hôtel à nos frais malgré les 426 euros payés d avance.publicité sur le site non conforme à la réalité pas de WIFI dans les chambres contrairement à ce qui était marqué. ”

“Advertised pool, gym, and exercise classes DO NOT exist. Property is not in a convenient location. I was stuck in my room with no facilities to use while my partner was at work. You ‘Wotif’ refused to help even though the manager was helping until he saw my booking was through you. I only stayed for part of my booking and moved to a great hotel with advertised facilities that DID exist. ”

“I and my daughter enjoyed our relaxing stay at U Duay Gan Garden Home. Staff was too kind and generous, helping us with everything we needed from hailing taxis to helping place vegan food orders. The owner Air was warm, friendly and so generous. I highly recommend staying here for a family feel.”

“This hotel is a fraud. I booked a room on July 12...showed up on the 27th, they took my Passport photo and personal info, then said they didn't have a room for me. Wouldn't give me a refund because they said they didn't receive any money. I was charged for the stay even though I didn't stay. It is a clever little scam they got going on at this hotel. They target foreigners. I filed a claim with my credit card agency and will report the fraud to Hotels.com.”
