“Things I liked: Great facilities. The Jacuzzi was great. Table tennis table and pool tables were great for the kids. Likewise the mini golf was cute. Kangaroos at dusk and dawn. Things that could be improved: Two of the 3 guests complained about the beds. I personally had terrible sleep. You need to clean your own towels. You get one set of towels for the whole stay. We were also told: we would need to get our own toilet paper after the initial 2 rolls. Accommodation internet was unusable....

“Although the cabin itself was clean, tidy, quiet and as described, the booking regime was over the top for a one night stay. After booking and paying through Wotif, I then needed to submit a photo of my license and credit card online to a third party before check-in info would be released (half an hour before 3pm on the day). I was also bombarded with around 7-8 emails about the booking and several texts. So extreme for what should have been a simple stay in basic accommodation.”

“The Bosses Settlement was a real find and surpassed our expectations from the moment we arrived. Picturesquely located in rolling countryside, cahrmingly renovated, very comfortablely furnished (esp the beds),the Settlemnet had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. “Stayed 2 nights in the long weekend and it was really fun. Nice views and lot of places to visit. The home was really Cousey and reverse cycle A/C's kept us warm throughout our stay. We had an issue with the gas supply. It was resolved in a flash. Overall we enjoyed the stay and looking forward to re-visit next year.”
