“Room was spacious, and the late night staff was super nice!”

“1. The staff person was sleeping and thought it was morning but it was actually evening. 2. I do not think the room was cleaned ever. Everything is dirty and disgusting. 3. No towels and would not think it would be properly cleaned..”

“The room was clean, but the air conditioning was very loud and disrupted our sleep. The body wash dispenser in the shower did not work. The breakfast room was so overcrowded on our second morning that we just walked away. There is only one coffee machine, and we could not get close to it. This hotel rents to large bus tours that overwhelm the place. We will not stay here again.”

“Trying to check in after a long drive I waited for a half an hour at the front desk, wondering if anyone was working there. Finally someone showed up. There was another couple waiting there too. It was around 7 at night maybe you need someone to stay at the desk at all times for any late arrivals. Coffee needs to be improved,, tastes old not a fresh brewed at all ,, it needs to be upgraded. “We checked in on a very busy weekend. Rates were double normal because of the big event nearby. On Day 1 of our weekend thet had run out of coffee beans for coffee. A big loss for breakfast! The response was, More should be here Tuesday. We have Decaf. This continued the weekend and finally Monday they had beans as we checked out. “Scelto come tappa intermedia nella discesa tra Niagara e New York, anche per la vicinanza al gigantesco (e conveniente rispetto ai prezzi italiani…) outlet di Woodbory Common. Reception deprimente. “La struttura ai trova in una zona tranquilla da dove si puo raggiungere in circa 40 minuti New York con la macchina . Il parcheggio è comodo e c'è sempre qualcuno in reception che gentilmente è li ad assisterti se necessario. Le condizioni generali dell'hotel non sono ovviamente eccelse,ma quando si cerca il risparmio ci si deve aspettare che non si spicchi nelle cose che normalmente rendono un soggiorno piu costoso. “Beautiful location and good property for YOUNG, ATHLETIC folks able to navigate the hills and distances between venues. Not so good for those with disabilities or just tired old knees, hips and hearts! Doors very heavy and w/o automated openers, shower floors very slippery, only two USB outlets in room, and NONE in bathroom. No easy way to get from Parking Lot to Lobby, and no cart or van STAFF TO ASSIST! Property is lovely, but I stayed an extra three nights to enjoy the resort. It was a...

“The rooms.were updated and very clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly.”

“There is no Coffee Maker, the door gets stuck whenever you unlock it, the air conditioner is loud and noisy especially at night, the bathroom is so small you can barely do anything in it without shutting the door behind you first. Worst of all the shower curtain rod was bent in such a way that the door hits it, there are holes in the drywall and it moved freely. Would not recommend if you're used to amenities such as Breakfast, Coffee and Vending Machines.”
