“Room was spacious, and the late night staff was super nice!”

“I wish I’d stayed for a week so I could’ve hiked and swam in the lake. Instead, I was there for a weekend so we took advantage of the bar and the silence of the woods by simply walking through. The staff we met were wonderful: Sean at check-in is gregarious and kind; Beth in the bar is efficient and friendly, as were both bartenders named Mike.”

“Scelto come tappa intermedia nella discesa tra Niagara e New York, anche per la vicinanza al gigantesco (e conveniente rispetto ai prezzi italiani…) outlet di Woodbory Common. Reception deprimente. Due palazzine a piano singoli e una palazzina a due piani. Tipico da serie telefilm 😅… Colazione pessima … Personale che si dà fare con quel che ha.”

“La struttura ai trova in una zona tranquilla da dove si puo raggiungere in circa 40 minuti New York con la macchina . Il parcheggio è comodo e c'è sempre qualcuno in reception che gentilmente è li ad assisterti se necessario. Le condizioni generali dell'hotel non sono ovviamente eccelse,ma quando si cerca il risparmio ci si deve aspettare che non si spicchi nelle cose che normalmente rendono un soggiorno piu costoso. Le stanze vengono rassettate ogni mattina e nonostante ci sia scritto chegli...

“The rooms were not clean there was visible damage to the property that shows neglect. Their customer service was poor and unprofessional. Offered breakfast but didn’t offer any beverages other than coffee, you had to purchase from vending machine. The property is outdated and needs several repairs.”

“The Girl Trip was very nice. The hotel was very clean and the rooms for the price. I would differently stay again. The restaurant around the hotel was delicious.”

“Struttura comoda vicino alla intestate e alla stazione ferroviaria.”

“There is no Coffee Maker, the door gets stuck whenever you unlock it, the air conditioner is loud and noisy especially at night, the bathroom is so small you can barely do anything in it without shutting the door behind you first. Worst of all the shower curtain rod was bent in such a way that the door hits it, there are holes in the drywall and it moved freely. Would not recommend if you're used to amenities such as Breakfast, Coffee and Vending Machines.”

“The room was clean, but the air conditioning was very loud and disrupted our sleep. The body wash dispenser in the shower did not work. The breakfast room was so overcrowded on our second morning that we just walked away. There is only one coffee machine, and we could not get close to it. This hotel rents to large bus tours that overwhelm the place. We will not stay here again.”
