“Nous avons aimé sa localisation et le fait qu’il soit neuf. Chambre très spacieuse et lit confortable. Cependant, les tapis, la douche, les couloirs et les airs communes n’étaient pas propres. La piscine était fermée. Le jus d’orange du matin avait un goût de fermenté. Par chance, la dame a l’accueil était gentille.”

Il parcheggio è comodo e c'è sempre qualcuno in reception che gentilmente è li ad assisterti se necessario. Le condizioni generali dell'hotel non sono ovviamente eccelse,ma quando si cerca il risparmio ci si deve aspettare che non si spicchi nelle cose che normalmente rendono un soggiorno piu costoso. Le stanze vengono rassettate ogni mattina e nonostante ci sia scritto chegli...

“Scelto come tappa intermedia nella discesa tra Niagara e New York, anche per la vicinanza al gigantesco (e conveniente rispetto ai prezzi italiani…) outlet di Woodbory Common. Reception deprimente. Due palazzine a piano singoli e una palazzina a due piani. Tipico da serie telefilm 😅… Colazione pessima … Personale che si dà fare con quel che ha.”

“The property was clean, the room and bathroom was clean except for the carpet which I believe needs to be properly shampoo. Also the air conditioner kept going up causing the room to be a bit hot.”

“Staff was accommodating & easy to deal with. Pricing for all hotels in this area was very expensive due to FIFA World Cup Soccer (June 2026), so this is what I ended up with. The outside of the property could use a some love. It looks to be renovated but still has the "old" building feel. Room was clean. Floors have vinyl plank flooring-no rug-but appeared to be uneven in my room (lots of visible bumps across the floor). Bed was marginally comfortable. Drapes are just decorative-they don't...

“It was a very easy stay, even though we were a couple in our own room and this place is geared towards larger groups”

“This place was horrible. I don’t recommend anybody stay there. Everything was very dirty, there was mold in the bathrooms and stained sheets. All of the countertops were stained and it just smelled horrible. I booked a room here because the photos looked OK but the minute I got there I had to check out. Really are just a horrible place. They should close down.”

“The room was clean, but the air conditioning was very loud and disrupted our sleep. The body wash dispenser in the shower did not work. The breakfast room was so overcrowded on our second morning that we just walked away. There is only one coffee machine, and we could not get close to it. This hotel rents to large bus tours that overwhelm the place. We will not stay here again.”
