“L'hotel è bellissimo, curato e molto pulito. I letti sono comodissimi, le stanze in pieno inverno sono belle calde. All'interno dell'Hotel c'è sia un bar che un piccolo ristorante dove si può pranzare o cenare ed il cibo è buono. Prezzo onesto e più ergonomico che New York . La colazione non è molto varia ma comunque buona e abbondante. I punti a sfavore di questo posto per me sono stati solo 2. 1. Non è ben servito dai mezzi pubblici, la metro non è raggiungibile a piedi, dovrete avere...

“La struttura ai trova in una zona tranquilla da dove si puo raggiungere in circa 40 minuti New York con la macchina . Il parcheggio è comodo e c'è sempre qualcuno in reception che gentilmente è li ad assisterti se necessario. Le condizioni generali dell'hotel non sono ovviamente eccelse,ma quando si cerca il risparmio ci si deve aspettare che non si spicchi nelle cose che normalmente rendono un soggiorno piu costoso. Le stanze vengono rassettate ogni mattina e nonostante ci sia scritto chegli...

“Siamo arrivati stanchi da morire dopo un viaggio lungo e alla reception non trovavano la mia prenotazione nonostante avessi anche la stampa del pagamento. Siamo stati quasi un ora ad aspettare che finalmente trovassero la prenotazione con il nome della mia mail! Una volta saliti in camera nonostante la prenotazione fosse per 3 persone il divano letto non era fatto, mi sono lamentata alla reception al che mi hanno letteralmente consegnato in mano le lenzuola dicendomi che il letto dovevo farlo...

“My husband and I stayed at this hotel for five days, and it was a wonderful experience. The room layout was excellent, with separate areas that made the space feel comfortable and spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax and move around. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of fresh, high-quality options that changed daily. It was something we looked forward to every morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommended!”

“The room had a distinct sewage/mildew smell. Extremely prevalent in the bathroom. I contacted the front desk immediately, and was told " it's very common there, and I should open the window, and run the shower simultaneously, and that should help with the smell a bit". The front desk also brought down a bottle of disinfectant to " help with the smell". I also was never informed before or after booking that the pool was unavailable! The hotel claimed it was on their website, but I booked...

“Air conditioning did suck and only Have one elevator working to take people up and down 9 floors was ridiculous waited also 30 mins just to go down from the 5th floor while being 7 months pregnant other then that everything was great”

“The location was very convenient”

“I paid over $400 Canadian for two nights at a place that was really disgusting and needed an extreme makeover. The hallway carpeting was so filthy and dirty and hadn’t been vacuumed. The towels in the bathroom are probably about five years old. They had no fluffiness or no texture to them other than like sandpaper. It was a real basic room and wasn’t worth the value of the money I paid.”
