“It was a great location both in relation to other parts of the island and the long, quiet beach. Could have used more pool chairs as people seemed to wake up early to ‘save’ chairs, which is just so selfish and ridiculous. Parking and resort fees were annoying as they always are.”

“Horrible experieience at Hilton Garden Inn. in 6 days they cleaned the rooms only three times, even if we asked the full service everyday. The personnel was not very friendly with us when we told them about the problems. Their answer was always: "it is too late now, nobody can clean the room at the moment. we will clean it tomorrow". In addition the air conditioning filters were in very bad condition, and I assume they can be harmful for guests' health!!! The hotel at some point was also out...

“We booked this trip last minute without my normal research and just booked it on a whim since the pool looked great in the photos and we were traveling with kids. I was blown away! Such a wonderful resort, Dukes was delicious and had a great vibe for dinner, the property was clean and everyone was friendly. It's one of those places that the lobby smells "rich" and fancy. Loved the open air walkways and wish I liked sushi because that set up was beautiful. If I were to micro complain about...

“The resort was beautiful. Although not directly on the beach, the pool and gardens and the overall views were terrific. We did not eat on property but found plenty of options in the nearby shopping centers and a few food / coffee trucks. Convenient to south shore activities. Would return.”

“Struttura magnifica, integrata perfettamente nel giardino tropicale in cui sorge. Sull’oceano E con una laguna antistante in cui nuotare o fluttuare comodamente sui Eccellenti i ristoranti all’interno, speciale il Tidepools. Unico appunto per gli ombrelloni di paglia: sono pochi e nessuno controlla che non vengano occupati senza utilizzo effettivo.”

“We loved our stay steps from the beach, as well as steps from a hot tub/pool/bar. Great dining and shopping choices short walks away. Please note that this beach sand is finely crushed sand, which sticks like glue to the human skin, and this turns to rocks not much last ankle depth. Beautiful sunrises. Saw whales and a sea lion (February). Everyone was friendly.”

“Siamo stati in questo hotel per 6 notti. L'accoglienza è stata ottima. Tutti sono stati molto gentili e sempre pronti per aiutare e consigliare. La qualità prezzo non è ottimale; con quello che si spende ci aspettavamo una struttura in perfetto stato, invece ci sono per esempio mobili e ringhiere usurate che sarebbero da sistemare. Ristorante/bar a bordo piscina buono (buon rapporto qualità prezzo); ristorante per la cena buono ma caro. ”

“Beautiful area and rooms. Hotel elevator needs updating, very slow and rickety! Our condo needed new carpets (or carpets removed) as there was a musty smell. Otherwise, beautiful!”

“The room was large, clean and had a lovely view of the ocean. The property was well situated for trips to southern and eastern attractions as well as those in the north. The only drawback is that there were no enough handicap accessible parking spots near our unit and not enough regular parking spots near our unit. Each day, my husband had to park far from our unit.”

“Abbiamo soggiornato in una stanza con vista oceano dalla quale si vedeva l'alba. L'hotel è situato in una posizione strategica per visitare l'isola in quanto si trova a metà strada tra nord e sud, si evità così di passare troppo tempo in macchina. Le pulizie sono su richiesta, basta richiederle il giorno prima. Buona anche la possibilità di poter usufruire di prodotti per la colazione (cereali, muffin, barrette, latte, frutta...), considerando i prezzi delle Hawaii, e anche di poter usufruire di...
