Spot was great for a weekend away, we were close enough to down town, but we also weren't stuck in the muck when trying to drive elsewhere. The property was clean and easy to get to.

Great communication
Unfortunately we had to cancel our stay due to the Kelowna wildfires. Ben however was amazing to deal with. He kept in constant contact with us regarding the conditions in Kelowna and when we weren’t sure if our commitment in town was going to be cancelled he was patient with us while we waited for news. Once we knew it was cancelled he offered us a full refund no questions asked. The refund was processed and credited back within a couple days. Will definitely re book and hopefully this time we actually get to Kelowna.

Nice stay in heart of Kelowna
The apartment was neat and tidy. It was comfortable and spacious for our family of four. Good location near beaches, parks and many amenities in Kelowna. Great communication with the owners. We did have an issue with some noisy neighbours which we resolved with building security.

Great getaway location!
Great communication from the owners, very easy check-in process and clear instructions. Unit was very clean, well equipped, and comfortable. It was a great location and loved that we could walk to the beach! Would love to stay again in the future. Thank you for everything Kelsey and Ben!

Hi Ben, we had a fabulous holiday. The condo was very comfortable and well equipped. A great location and enjoyed the pool setting! Great space for our needs, clean & comfy. We travelled with two under two so had to bring a lot of kit with us. Only negative was that loading and unloading into the unit from the garage was a real mission. Having a cart / dolly available would have been so nice! Owners are easy to communicate with and check in / out was super easy. Thank you

The Perfect Location and Condo
We had a wonderful vacation in Kelowna! The condo was perfect for my family. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We appreciated the wall of storage shelving in the walk in closet, the pool towels and extra bedding. We liked being on the quieter side overlooking the courtyard. Ben and Kelsey were very responsive. I texted Kelsey a few times with questions and she was very helpful and quick to respond. I have to say this condo is in the perfect location, walking distance to a nice beach, pool on site, across the street from the Mateo where you can have a delicious dinner overlooking the marina. We were just a short drive from everything we wanted to do. Thank you Ben and Kelsey, we hope to come back again one day!

Excellent Family and dog friendly accommodations! With pool!
Amazing experience in this lovely, clean and perfectly accommodating condo! My parents, my daughter and my dog all enjoyed te commodities of the tree filled patio and outdoor pool, as well as to the close proximity to the several beaches and enchanted walking paths along the creek. Highly recommend again & will be back!

Great summer rental
This property was great for our family! The location was perfect! Walking distance to the beach and also a rooftop pool and hot tub were a bonus! Communication with the host was quick and seamless. Would absolutely book here again!

Great location and property
We had a nice stay at Playa Del Sol. The unit was clean and kitchen was well stocked with the essentials. The beds and linens were comfortable as well. Air conditioning worked well in the +30 degree weather but was just a tad noisy. Pool was a great plus for little ones in the afternoons. The only downside was that the water and AC was unexpectedly shut down for one day which was a bit frustrating but it couldn't be helped. Check-in/check-out was smooth and Ben was responsive to all questions. I would stay here again!

Great location and super clean!
Ben is a fantastic host with great communication! Condo location is right near amenities and the beach, and it was well stocked with everything we needed. Cable hadn’t been setup for our stay and Ben was very apologetic. Beds and pillows weren’t overly comfortable but not a deal breaker by any stretch. Would stay again! Thanks Ben.

Great place - fantastic owners
We loved our stay at this place! The building itself is great, and the suite we stayed in was lovely. The owners are super nice, flexible, accommodating - very easy to work with and get in touch with. The condo is fully stocked - you don't need to worry about bringing anything other than your personal items and things for the beach. Only thing that I'd upgrade is the mattress in the master bedroom - it's average, but still comfortable. Overall an AWESOME experience. Highly recommend it.

Great condo
Great place to spend the week. Across the street from the beach, close to great restaurants, perfect location. Condo is clean, well-maintained, everything you need. Building and grounds can be a bit noisy, but that seems to be Kelowna in the summer, it's a bit of a party place. Owner is great to deal with, would definitely return.

Too short
Kelowna was not a planned stop on our Western Canada trip but this was a great last minute decision. The condo is walking distance to the beach, a hiking trail, nice restaurants and reasonably close to shopping areas. We would absolutely stay here again.

Warm and cozy fall stay
We stayed here for a few months over the fall while we waited for our home to be built. It felt like home and we enjoyed walking to the coffee shop in the morning and going for walks along the greenway. The hot tub and pool closed early October but the gym and Sauna were still open. Ben was a very friendly and easy going landlord. The unit is very well maintained, much better than some of the others we've seen in the building.

Comfortable week away
Second time renting from Ben and enjoyed our stay again. We had a couple snafu's at the very beginning but communicating with Ben was easy and things were quickly fixed. I think a minor thing for us was that the kitchen was slightly less stocked then our previous rental but other than that a great unit. Overall a relaxing week away!
