“The house was beautiful and clean with the exception of a few dirty dishes, a hair in my bed sheets, and one towel that smelled like mildew. The communication with the owner was quick and helpful. There were no check-in or out instructions so I wasn’t aware that I was going to meet with the owner in person for the house keys and instructions.
