E 'veramente una delle migliori spiagge private!
Mi può aiutare a trovare i migliori, più economici a partire voli 22 Agosto-19 dicembre.
Palme, piante tropicali, sole vi circondano in Paradiso. La tua spiaggia di sabbia bianca è privata (non aperta al pubblico) con sedie a sdraio in spiaggia e piscina. La struttura dispone di un Tiki Hut in riva al mare dove è possibile barbecue (il pesce che avete preso) sulla griglia del gas e cenare con la famiglia o compagna in riva al mare.

La piscina riscaldata è anche un luogo ideale per rilassarsi. La proprietà ha subito una recente ristrutturazione paesaggistico totale. Il condominio che è molto pulito e luminoso è inoltre stato completamente ristrutturato con una cucina completamente attrezzata, prodotti GE e parti superiori di Corian.

La camera da letto ha il proprio bagno, letto king size, TV a schermo piatto e balcone con una splendida vista sull'oceano. La seconda camera ha 2 letti matrimoniali e TV a schermo piatto. L'appartamento era professionalmente arredata con mobili nuovi tra cui materassi / biancheria da letto.
Altre attività: Sedersi sul tuo spiaggia privata e guardare il delfino, Manatee, uccelli tropicali insieme ad altri tasti Wildlife. Kayak, snorkeling e crogiolarsi al sole caldo.

Graduation Trip for Daughter
Loved everything about our stay except the stairs. I wish we would have known that there was no elevator or if we could have stayed on a first floor. My husband is 75 and the stairs were a little too much. Other than that everything else was perfect. We would definitely go back and stay again on a lower floor condo. Wonderful host! ❤️

30th wedding anniversary stay was FANTASTIC!!!
We found your place on Vrbo and It was fantastic! The place we stayed was everything we needed. Relaxing , beautiful the view was beautiful and the beach is very nice and great chairs to relax, and take in the beauty! Micheal was amazing host and very helpful to help with ideas where to eat, get groceries, and just so Grateful he alllowed us to stay and enjoy 30 years. Loved just a short walk to sunset park to watch the beautiful view of sunset !!! If looking for a place to relax and enjoy a vacation , we give it a 10 out of 10!!! Thanks again 🏖️🏝️😃BLESSED for sure and great memories to cherish !!!

Home away from home
This property has all the amenities of home with an amazing view, private beach and beautiful pool. The full size kitchen that was stocked with all the pots and pans was perfect for making meals for my family. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious; plenty of towels and great water pressure. The sandy beach was beautiful and we found many sea creatures to entertain us. Property owner, Michael, was fantastic and informed us of all things "Keys" to do with the kids. Steps from the condo was Sunset Park, where the whole neighborhood gathers to watch the sunset together... singing the Marathon Song aloud! 🎶 We loved it and will definitely return!

Relaxation & Great Times & Fantastic Location!!!
Everything was simply wonderful! The Condo is just beautiful with all the comforts of home, the grounds are very nicely maintained and I can't say enough about our Host, Michael, he is beyond a phenomenal Host. You can tell he really cares that you have a good stay and goes above and beyond to make sure he can help you have it! He contacted us prior to leaving for vacation, offering many suggestions and giving very helpful insight for our day trips, checking in on us after we arrived to ensure all was going well with our stay and when he found out we had a sizeable delay the day of our departure he had even more suggested stops on our way to the airport! The location of the condo is really perfect... located about half way between Key Largo and Key West it allowed for day trips in both directions. We don't travel like this much so this was a big vacation for all of us, my husband and two kids 18 & 22...We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!! The private beach was by far the nicest we saw during our stay! Peaceful & Relaxing - and the pool was always clean and welcoming as well. Planning on a return trip!

Wonderful vacation
From the minute we opened the door, we knew we made the right decision to stay here. Condo was perfectly decorated for a beach vacation, adequately supplied and in a wonderful location. Only steps from a private beach and pool. Watched the sunrise from our beach and sunsets from a 5-minute walk to Sunset Park. About a 60-minute drive to Key West. Host called us prior to our arrival to make sure we have everything and offered appreciated tips throughout the week. We would definitely recommend staying here

Family Vacation
This property is absolutely beautiful. The beach is small but, private. The condo and the condo grounds are well kept and super clean. Marathon is a sleepy little beach town so traffic was pretty much nonexistent during our stay and restaurants were easy to get into. We drove to Key west which was a little over an hour drive and was so fun to explore for the day. I highly recommend this condo!

Great comfortable spot to enjoy the Keys
My husband and grown son stayed a week and felt right at home. They came back and said they oicked the perfect rental. The communication with the owner was the best!!! They highly recommend this rental.

Perfect Getaway!
The condo was really clean and comfortable. The beds and pillows were awesome! I felt safe in this beautiful little community and enjoyed walking every day. The sunsets are amazing at the park! I will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo & location
We throughly enjoyed our stay here during Spring Break. Key Colony beach is a beautiful area. We enjoyed time by the pool, grilling out almost every night and catching sunset at the beach. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-appointed. Thank you for a great stay!

Key Colony Vacation
We could not have been happier with our stay in Key Colony. Both the condo and the property are as great as described. The beach area was great. The condo was comfortable, well stocked and very clean and our host provided us with great info and made himself available for any questions. It was our first, but hopefully not last, stay in the area. We couldn’t have been more pleased.

Slice of Heaven
This was the ultimate vacation one could ask for. Condo was equipped with everything you could possibly think of. The entire complex was well kept and every neighbor we met was very warm and welcoming. The beach area was so serene you could just drift away in the sound of the waves. Our host was incredible, reaching out to us throughout our stay to offer recommendations on area attractions and make sure all our needs were met.. Extremely thoughtful. Can't wait to return.
