Guest house a Key West

“The house is nice and position is very good. Maintenance is not good, nor the cleaning: hot water was not working, some cockroaches in the kitchen and the bedroom door was stuck open. I hope that I was unlike with door and water, and still give three stars, but my experience was worth much less. ”

“Tiny room, with all necessary amenities and in perfect location off middle of Duval St. to explore Key West by foot. Small pool and courtyard beautifully appointed. Continental breakfast. Secure off site parking.”

“Communication was almost nonexistent. I sent a message and got an auto reply that it could be 24 hours for a response. Never received one. Room was clean and spacious. The biulding is old and needs a fresh coat of paint and there is no real noise barriers from other rooms. But, while not perfect, we did enjoy and would return.”

“We read previous reviews and they were terrible, hence we had very low expectations. The personnel at check in was very nice, sorted out some minor issues we had without hesitation. Great work. We got room 305 and it is large, light, not the most modern. But everything worked. The main two things dragging this down are the price vs. Quality of the room, and most importantly the security. There is a lock on the door but is so flimsy that a good kick would get it open. To get in to the hotel...

“The unit was comfortable and in a great location. The pool area in the back was very nice and plenty of room even when sharing with people in other units. The pool was clean and warm. This is located 1 block from Duval and a reasonable walk to just about anywhere. The roosters have no respect for our sleep - but that is the case anywhere on Key West! :) We loved our stay and will stay here again if we return. ”
