Legal agreements and security deposit are managed using an approved API-connected software provider called OwnerRez. The security deposit is a temporary hold on the credit card in case of any damages incurred during the stay. This property allows pets up to 2 dogs. Additional dogs must be requested and will incur additional fee. Events are not allowed on the property and the maximum guest count must be adhered which is 6 for this property.
