“Great communication. Room was spotless and warm for my arrival. Oat milk provided, so I could enjoy a cup of tea! Lovely bathroom, bed is super comfortable and I slept really well. Quiet location only a 15 minute walk from the centre of Totnes. Would definitely stay ahain on a future visit.”

Outside areas are great for relaxing and nice to have an outside pool. In a quiet area but within walking distance to the beach, train station and town. Great hosts. Would definitely recommend. “A lovely guest house , our twin room was up in the attic with some limited headroom, but we knew this at time of booking Room was lovely and clean with comfortable beds, en suite shower and nice fluffy towels, plus basic toiletries and tea/ coffee making facilities Jonathan was very attentive and helpful, the included breakfast was very nice and generous, more than we needed A great stop over for my daughter and I on our south west coast walk”
