“Very warm and welcoming, friendly and helpful hosts. Homely accommodation. (Stairs to rooms) but we managed with luggage. We only stayed 1 night on our journey but found it lovely and relaxing. Tea/coffee/water available along with toiletries if you forgot to pack any. Good location/safe and walkable to sea front. Parking onsite by request. Would recommend. Thanks for having us. “Lovely building and really helpful owners / staff . Was really clean and tidy and the breakfast was very good . Only a couple of minor things really , the shower head kept dipping down so was a bit of pain when you were shampooing etc . Bit noisy at night time but obviously the very nice owners can’t help that .”

“The inn is steeped in history and in a remote, quiet spot. Unfortunately our room had been left with unsightly water marks as a result of a leaking roof (which has been fixed) all over the ceiling, especially above the bed, and wall. It made the room look very shabby and for the price not great value. The floating floor feels like it’s a sinking floor in some spots and you need to tread lightly. The bathroom is modern and spacious. The staff were lovely, very welcoming and friendly.”

“Outstanding. Stunning harbour views. Laid-back feel with friendly staff. Love the fact they don't mind you using the dining room for a takeaway and you can check in well before the usual 3-4pm, allowing you to make more of the arrival day. A bit of maintenance required (window catches, shower) but such a good place to stay it somehow doesn't matter...”
