“We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! The location is well situated in Kingston. The apartment is bright and spacious. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Our dogs loved playing in the backyard! We highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a place to stay in Kingston! ”

“This basement apartment is located in a great neighbourhood a short drive away from downtown Kingston and all is has to offer. The apartment is well furnished and is perfect if you are travelling by car. Supermarket and restaurants a short drive away. Highly recommend.”

“This place was as cute as the photos. It was clean when we arrived and the photos are true to life. The only issue I felt is because the kitchen does not have a dishwasher you are relying on people before you to have cleaned dishes, cutlery and glasses thoroughly, but it was evident when we arrived this was not the case. A dishwasher is a must for a rental for hygiene purposes. Other than that the space was super cute, roomy and comfortable.”

“The location is off a major busy roadway so it is noisy even at night. We were not told thatt here is a steep staircase to reach the upstairs apartment, which is where we stayed. The apartment is a large two bedroom one. It is under renovation. There is no bedside lighting in ether of the two bedrooms. The ad specifies usable washer and dryer however they are not hooked up and therefore unusable. the apartment is extremely cold due to a heating problem in the building.
