“Our stay was so pleasant, starting from the front desk, rooms, location, staff, dining experience and general ambience. We would give all these a 5 star rating. Limo the manager was very helpful, and together with his team were all very welcoming, very professional and accomodating. “The hotel did not recognize the reservation through Hotels.com. We were told this hotel does not do business with you. We spend quite a bit of time to clarify the matter. Finally, the manager looked in his computer system and found my name under a reservation made by Expedia. This was obviously a flaw in their system or ignorance of the front desk staff. ”
