“The hotel is positioned right across from the lake. Beautiful and tranquil property. Breakfast mostly fruits, eggs, juice, coffee and African tea. The rooms need upgrades, remodeling, better colors on the wall, better paintings. TV in the room did not work. WiFi here is terribly bad and horrible. Those things management and owners need to take into account and fix it. “i was not given a room that rooms were fully booked and no contact from Exoedia or Hotel.com on my booking. i need my money refunded by Expedia and Wonder why Expedia should cause this i travelled for 5 hours to be denied accommodation which hotel said they don't have any agreement with Expedia to market their hotel Very Disappointing”
