“Yes very clean. Did have to ask for fresh towel after 3 days but we didn’t know we should put them on floor and had to ask for more soap and shampoo, only left once. The A/C stopped working and they had someone there right away. The staff is 5*, and are there to help in any service needed. Even for transportation on island and off. ”

“The chalets were completely inaccessible on the side of a mountain. You couldn’t drive a normal car up to them and to get to them you had to climb up very steep and very wet steps mostly just stones. There is no way you could carry a suitcase. The views were amazing but I never stayed there it was impossible. I believe they are building a road then it should be ok”

“This could be a decent property if someone actually cared. Lots if stuff laying around. A toilet brush got thrown on the ground after use and stayed there for four days. Sheets and towels get washed and thrown on a couch until they are needed again. Not folded. Garbage and junk everywhere. Ants in our room constantly and no spray. The room was clean but the overall impression was not great. Would not stay here again. ”
