“The room was clean and tidy, but very old and run down. No one at reception, had to call a number. Initially I was told they didn't have my booking, I left then, received a txt 10 minutes later asking when I was checking in. Poorly run establishment, will never stay there again.”

“The couple running the place were helpful with any requests such as towels etc. The room itself is very small with an air conditioning unit that is set to arctic with no ability to change the temperature, the shower has no closure so the small bathroom is wet and the floor gets dirty very easily with no way to clean it (possibly may have been dirty to start with) Location is great, right next to the main street”

“Room was clean and well appointed, appeared newly renovated. Bathroom clean and modern but needs painted around door frame and ceiling. The pool was beautiful and well kept with comfortable lounge chairs. Owner very kind and responsive. The main complaint we had was the overpowering scent of air freshener in the room. It gave us a headache and I had to sit in the car for part of the evening to escape the smell. We left the door open to try to air it out. ”

“Very comfortable, clean modern cabin with all utilities needed. Great to see indoor and outdoor swimming options. East walk to the Tavern for dinner and to FoodWorks supermarket for top up supplies. Nice quiet stay on our journey home. ”

“This was the cleanest motel I've ever stayed in! Not a spec of dust to be seen & we woke up feeling fresh, even with the air con on. The air con unit looked like new, not sure if it was? Staff were lovely & helpful. Gorgeous old school exposed brick look, but definitely 5 star feel 🌟 ”

“The room was really clean and modern. Great Smart TV with all the Apps like Netflix, YouTube etc Had a good little fridge and a microwave (I was surprised how many didn’t) . Really big shower with great pressure, so I felt washed ! Close to the Taree Service Centre as in 5 min drive. Beautiful rural setting, so quiet. This place was a real gem really close to the M1. I found myself another great motel between Sydney and Brisbane, well worth the stop.”
