4bdrs Waterfront Chalet w/Private Dock & Hot Tub

This vacation residence is equipped with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms for a maximum accommodation of 10 guests. The open concept main floor features cathedral-style windows allowing a fabulous view of the lake.

During spring, summer and fall a private dock is available with kayaks and pedal boats. Additionally, propane BBQ, wall ski racks, lots of green space, and plenty of parking are available making this home the perfect location for your getaway!

Bedroom 1 : 1 queen bed with ensuite bathroom / Bedroom 2 : 1 king bed with ensuite bathroom / Bedroom 3 : 1 queen bed / Bedroom 4 : 2 single beds / Living room : 1 sofa bed / Safe and clean stay : All bedding is washed in industrial machines at high temperature and then pressed.

You will receive a detailed check-in guide 48 hours prior to arrival.

Customer service is available everyday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. An emergency number is provided upon arrival. You will be able to reach us at all times.

Located on Labelle Lake this chalet is only 40 minutes from Mont Tremblant resort. Many outdoor activities nearby.

From this complex, the best way to get around is by car. Good winter tires are recommended for the winter & spring seasons.

Please note, this unit is located in a rural mountain environment. Winter drives can be difficult, so please arrive in a vehicle equipped for all terrain types.

BBQ is only available from May to October

Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.

To cover you up to 500 CAD, it includes the choice between
1- a security deposit with a non refundable fee of 15CAD or
2- a non-refundable damage waiver of 35CAD .

Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

1. Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.
2. Parties and excessive noise are prohibited at all times.
3. Smoking indoors and on the balcony is strictly prohibited.

Failure to oblige to our house rules can result in eviction or damage claim charges. If smoke of any kind is detected upon check-out, our penalty fee is $500.

Property that has everything
Property was clean and ready for our arrival. It was exactly as the pictures illustrated which is to say it was amazing! It had every amenity we could have wanted. Our group loved it and didn’t want to leave.

Nice property, bad management
The property is very nice, the location and the place itself are beautiful. However, the maintenance of the property is really lacking. Upon arrival, we discovered that both kitchen sinks were blocked. We managed to unclog 1, but the second one remained blocked. The property was not clean; the order was very superficial. The temperature was not possible to regulate. Once you closed the bedroom door - you would freeze at night. A manager could not be reached (we wanted to ask about baby gates). There was only one rug in the kitchen to wash dishes, to clean surfaces, and for all other purposes. There was also only one small roll of very low-quality paper towels available. We could not find extra pillows. So overall - it is good but overpriced for what it offers.

Beau et grand chalet spacieux et très propre. Magnifique vue sur un le Lac. Chalet très bien équipé et entretenue. Parfait pour chalet entre familles et amis. Terrain privé avec grande place de parking.

Beautiful Stay
This chalet was absolutely beautiful. Perfect for our family getaway. Gorgeous views of the lake, had everything we needed, very well thought out. Would definitely visit again!

Chalet extraordinaire avec vue sur un très beau lac!
Bonjour, nous avons adoré notre séjour, la maison répondait à toutes nos attentes, sauf une chose nous n’avions pas l’air climatisé! Puis c’était un critère très important pour nous, la plupart étions âgés. Notre séjour était du dimanche à aujourd’hui du 16 au 20 juillet! En arrivant dimanche c’était extrêmement chaud et humide, donc nous n’avons pas bien dormi la première nuit! Nous avons appelé les gens de la location ils ont été à l’écoute, ils ont envoyé quelqu’un tout de suite. C’était effectivement défectueux, le lendemain il y a eu quelqu’un et la thermopompe était brisée! Il n’avait pas les pièces. Donc nous avons séjourné sans air climatisé et avec les ventilateurs ! Quelle mode de compensation proposez-vous ou offrez-vous en vous remerciant de votre attention! Claudine Poupart
