“My husband and I stayed with my elderly father for 5 nights during Christmas. We loved the floor plan with an open kitchen and living room with fireplace. The house was very cozy with a spectacular view of the St-Lawrence river. The bedrooms located upstairs are spacious were very comfortable. We loved that they had a King size bed in the master and a Queen in the second bedroom. Master bedroom was very spacious with an amazing view and balcony over the St-Lawrence river. However, this is the first gite we have stayed in where there was no binder/notebook with information about the appliances, attractions in the local area, etc; there was no mention of organics disposal. The lighting was generally poor, ie only one bedside lamp, not two, poor lighting in the main living area. If these were corrected, the rating would be higher.
