Di recente costruzione per le migliori caratteristiche di intrattenimento: cucina completamente attrezzata e zona barbecue, DW, Ice / Refer, bagno / cambio camera, smaltimento, il tutto arricchito da un televisore a schermo piatto e sistema audio (i-pod / telefono pronto) Wi-Fi gratuito Fi fornito in tutto. L'area è completamente curata e meticolosamente mantenuta. Sistema di illuminazione automatica di alta qualità e molto confortevole giorno e notte. Vicino a negozi, ristoranti, BART e Hwy.

Tutte le sistemazioni sono completamente rinnovate, pulite e moderne in termini di "designer". Schermi al plasma e piatti in tutto (incl. Lato piscina HDMI). Moquette, piastrelle e arredi sono di qualità di design. Ventilatori a soffitto e interni, illuminazione di lusso con dispositivi dimmer per un appeal intimo.

Amazing Trip
Our group really enjoyed this property. We were able to have a friends' reunion and found enough space to both spread out and be together. We found the place clean, quiet and just beautiful- particularly the view of the sunrise from the living room window! Chris was quick to respond and was really great to work with. We hope to come back for more reunions in the future!

Fantastic Property!
We had friends and family come to town for a football game, and had an amazing time at this beautiful property. Inside and out, it really couldn't be set up any better for entertaining a small group. We are already talking about renting it again at some point!

Anniversary trip
Great property with outstanding and amazing and I fear I don’t have enough adjectives to adequately describe the views! We were in town to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary, (returning to the scene of the crime in Lafayette, California, .. Family is in the area so we were able to have a wonderful pool party and people over to celebrate. Stay in Lafayette
This house is amazing. We loved the views from the kitchen, dining room, living room, porch and patio. The property was immaculate. My family is still talking about the great house. We used the pool and the outdoor kitchen and everyone enjoyed having the pool table. This house is worth every penny. The pictures do not do it justice. It's beautiful! The owner was great as well. He was easy to communicate with and very responsive.

Little Italian Villa
This beautiful home is like a little Italian villa atop a vineyard. The house is well appointed, with an excellent kitchen and a grand master bedroom suite, a billiards table, and an audio system that plays throughout the house! The pool is super welcoming, and the party house with outdoor grill would work well for all sizes of gatherings (though our party was small).

Second Annual Birthday Stay-Cation!
I loved this property last year, this year, and booked it again for next year, too!! The host Chris and his property manger Tracy are so easy to work with, flexible and friendly. The property has just about every single thing you could ever need; bring food and a toothbrush and you’re set! The pool is warm, private and gorgeous. We love coming here and are so grateful such a marvelous property is available to us for my yearly birthday celebration with my friends and family here in the beautiful Bay Area. Thanks again, Chris!

Our Dream House in Lafayette

Amazing house!
Can't say enough good things about the property. Secluded and beautiful location and a house with a ton of amenities. We were surprised one room had a pair of twin beds but we made it work. Would definitely recommend, especially in the summer time.

Beautiful, but with caveats
A lovely view and large home, marred by a rushed and poorly designed check-in. I'm conflicted, bc the views really are amazing, and the amenities are great, and the host is considerate and friendly. However, the lack of window covers and the shared driveway with neighbors makes you feel like you're always on display, or witnessing a slow drive by, as random cars are constantly driving by and peering into the house (natural curiosity I'm sure), which has no privacy shades or blinds. What made this worse is that bc of the absent guest guidebook that should answer most questions, I had to reach out for simple TV remote instructions etc. The owner lives right around the corner and just dropped on by, NOT what I requested and certainly felt like our private getaway was anything but. The home is nice, the views are great, the owner is friendly...but I'd much rather choose another property with a different view, better privacy, and a hands free check-in system

An Oasis in the Hills
This beautiful property provided the perfect accommodations for a family retreat. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the scenic views. Chris was an awesome host and very responsive. He even gifted us with a bottle of wine made from the grapes that were grown on the property. Just minutes from downtown Lafayette with its shops and restaurants, I highly recommend this property.

Had a great stay with the family
We hosted our grandparents visiting from out of town, and we had a great time with our three kids. The property was very clean, well-maintained, and had a great view of the valley.
