“We were welcomed by the very friendly landlords and shown around the house and the garden. The house is on the slope above San Siro. It was very well equipped, we didn't lack anything. Our only regret was that we spoke so little Italian. Thank you!”

What others have stated is true: If you want to experience Lake Como from an actual neighborhood, look no further. But the most wonderful thing about this property is the host, Giulia. “Es hätte in der Beschreibung stehen sollen das man das Ferienhaus mit dem Auto nicht erreichen kann und das es doch einige Treppen gibt, größtenteils ohne Handläufe. Das war speziell für mich da ich nicht gut zu Fuß bin nicht lustig. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und Charm. Im Bad müsste mal im Duschbereich was unternommen werden. Wenn man von von bemängelten Sachen absieht war es noch ein Schöner Aufenthalt”

“Great house. Great space both indoors and outdoors. Great location. Each bedroom with its own bathroom. Perfect for family of 4 or 5. Lack of A/C tough when very hot. My suggestions would be some window covers (so easier to sleep in) and get some nicer outdoor furniture so guests can take better advantage of the 2 terraces which are quite lovely.”

“Contact with host Julia is fast and convenient. Good instructions and tips. The house itself was not very spacey, but just good enough for 3 persons. Bedroom on the lowest level was good. The sleeping couch is in the living, it was a bit warm there. Shower is good. Kitchen is small. The garden, bbq unit and the swimming pool are at the highest levels. This gives a unique view on the lake. Very nice to be there. At night you can put on the lights. ”

“Location très bien placée. En retrait de la route, à 2 pas du lac, dans un coin tranquille mais pas isolé. Possible de faire ses courses et de manger au restaurant sans prendre la voiture. Le seul inconvénient est la présence de moustique. Cela doit être lié à la grande proximité du lac et le mois d'août. Nous recommandons.”

“From the listing, it seemed we were in an home/apt with it's own private pool. What we found was it was a small apt with lots of stairs and a pool you share with a whole complex of apartments. Plus, the pool is not heated and too cold to use. And there wasn't a hot tub as listed. It would've been nice.”

“Hatten noch nie so ein schlechtes Ferienhaus gebucht und wir haben schon einige bewohnt und alles war immer bestens. Der Pool erinnerte eher an eine etwas größere Badewanne. Die Bilder entsprechen absolut nicht der Wahrheit, da alles in Wirklichkeit viel kleiner und dunkler wirkt. Untergeschoss besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer und ein Bad ohne Fenster! Das Bad ist voller Schimmelbefall und die Wände sind komplett Feucht mit einem muffigen Geruch! Es stehen schon 2 Luftentfeuchter im Bad und SZ,...

“Sehr schönes haus in den Bergen. Die Aussicht ist echt top! Leider haben die Räume innen teilweise etwas Schimmel an den Wänden und die Straße ist die letzten 500m nicht asphaltiert und hat viele Schlaglöcher. Abgesehen davon ist es wunderbares Objekt ist super Lage!”

“The location was as expected. The property has one shower. After checking in we messaged the manager that there was no wifi. Unfortunately we ended up with with no wifi for three days. The oven was also broken. A technician was called but couldn't fix it. We were not offering any compensation for these inconveniences. You may consider renting somewhere else.”

“Onze eerste indruk was niet zo positief maar daar moet ik dan ook bij vertellen dat wij gewend zijn om op een campjng te staan met alles wat je nodig hebt in de buurt, bv grote supermarkt. Eerst de positieve: prachtig huis, grote tuin, Bellagio, Como, Milaan, lekker uit eten. Grote supermarkt is in Bellagio 15 min. De negatieve; 200 traptreden naar meer zijn erg slecht aangelegd, grote tuin was niet gemaaid en geveegd, stond nog een kapotte tafel. Van Como naar Lezenno is 45 min bochtjes...

“We don't know! First we came by the property early to check the location and were treated rudely by the man working there. Then, when we came back at 3:00, the host did not provide a code to open the door. We tried to communicaye with her, and we tried to call you. No success. We ended up going to another hotel and spent an additional 220 euros for a room. It added a great deal of ”
