“I had always wanted to spend a few nights in Laguna Beach so this cottage was the perfect place for our family. The cottage was clean, comfortable, and very close to the beach! I was happy that we had a parking spot and that the premises also had a washer and dryer room. I would recommend this place.”

“We spent our holiday at this rental and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is on top of a small hill with views of the ocean from the kitchen window and kitchen balcony. It had all the necessary Amini ties for a family of four. It is in walking distance to the 1000 steps beach. It is actually 206 steps down to beach front. It is away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Laguna yet close Enough to drive or take the trolley which has a stop down the hill from the house. Just a block away...

“Beautiful charming artistic cottage with incredible succulent gardens. We really enjoyed soaking up the sun while sitting in the garden, watching the birds. It was a short but very steep 4 block walk to Laguna beach which was a bit of a challenge for old knees but so gorgeous upon arrival. We'd like to stay again!”

“We found our cottage to be very comfortable and well equipped. We did have a minor plumbing issue which was immediately taken care of by the property manager. We found this property to be very quiet and beautiful. Pretty gardens throughout the property add to the relaxing atmosphere. We will definitely stay here again.”

“Excellent location. Robert was great at handling the couple of requests we had. Walk to beaches, restaurants, free trolley to downtown Laguna Beach. Cannot park on premises but never had a problem parking. This was fond of Lay to June 1. Parking may be different in summer months. Would recommend.”

“The place was inaccurately represented. Roof had a plastic tarp. Listing showed air conditioning there wasn’t any. Oven totally unusable. Terrible condition of property. We left 15 days early of a 30 day stay because of the condition. Returned two days later someone else was staying there even though we were still paying. Renter refused to refund us.”

“Our stay at the Manzanita Cottage was so nice! When you first pull up, everything is perfectly hidden until you go through the front gate. I loved how everything was so tucked in by bushes/trees. You definitely get a perfect amount of privacy. We stayed in the green cottage and it was so so so gorgeous inside. We did a lot of walking as the beach/stores were so close. It was hard to leave and we definitely look forward to booking more trips here in the future!”

“Loved it so much this is our 2nd booking. Cottage is immaculate n has everything you need. All updated appliances, king size bed (very comfortable), great shower & use of water n dryer. Right around the corner is Heisler Park overlooking the ocean. Can walk into town w many restaurants. Beautiful beaches along coast. Alesia beach has a snack shop, restrooms n parking which is down the road about a mile. Treasure island another beautiful beach. Looking forward to coming back”
