“A lovely hotel just what I wanted to relax a little, staff were friendly, food was great maybe a little expensive but what I had I enjoyed. Breakfast was buffet style. Lovely location for a walk around the lake of grasmere and rydal water and also the rydal caves. Close to dove cottage and church Wordsworth connection. Would recommend to stay and hopefully I’ll be back myself 😃”

“It was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The hotel was super clean and so lovely and fresh. The rooms were very clean. The hot tub was soo good, the bath was big enough to fit a family of 5 in haha. The bed was comfy, a bit harder then what i usually have but still comfy. The breakfast was lovely and a good selection. ”

“The hotel is located on the main road into Windermere and has its own parking. Check in was fast and the receptionist was very helpful. I was a little disappointed as I didn’t realise that access to the pool with kids is only between 9am - 1pm so we had to move our plans around and take the kids the following morning.
