“The room was clean but very small and in need of a wall repair. ”

“I have limited mobility which staff was aware of. The key cards they gave me had to keep being replaced. Didn’t work for the pool or the room. It would work one time and then not the next. Them even when we got new cards it would show green but was still locked. I had to keep going to the front desk to replace the cards. “They were experiencing mechanical issues when I arrived, and said they had no hot water thru out the hotel. They said they would cancel my reservation due to this, which they didn't and I have been charged. I have had a hell of a time contacting customer service, and keep getting hung up on before I even get a chance to speak with anyone. I need to be refunded asap!”

“We were greeted by James at the front desk, who was beyond pleasant! Thank you, James! The room was clean, but in need of repairs. The HVAC unit was making noises all night which make it hard to sleep. All in all, we had a good stay.”
