“Check in was easy. Location of room was right off the stair well so we could hear people going up and down all night. Price was right for a one night stay.”

“I was in Rochester NY for 3 solid days for The Shannon Joy Truth and Wellness Summit. I traveled by car in from Dayton Ohio. All I needed was a place to sleep and put my stuff while in N.Y. Red Roof Inn did that just fine. I'm a busker and I'm used to sleeping in my car overnight...so...having access to a full restroom facility, bed, tv, fridge, microwave...was adequate for me. I require very little. Warm..restroom and shower...secure place for my belongings was all met by Red Roof...

“It wasn't the worst hotel, so the things I say were not a deal breaker, just a small annoyance for me that was easily fixed. The toilet paper was low and there was no back up roll, so we had to ask for another. There was no body wash in the bottle, but we had soap with us. The hand soap ran out after a day of hand washing. There was only two of us. Staff in front office were nice and helpful. The cleaning staff was loud. Ample parking and area felt safe.”

“Charged us almost $400 for a room that had hair on the pullout bed and the shower leaked everywhere. My kids both woke up with backpack. From the pullout coach. We are Gimton members and when I asked if they have a do room they said this is all we have. ”
