“Breakfast was at an attached restaurant. The Breakfast was not included. The "shower pan" was very shallow so it was very difficult to avoid leaking water on the floor.”

Noi abbiamo dovuto chiedere aiuto ad altri ospiti per contattarlo in quanto dalle istruzioni ricevute non siamo riusciti ad entrare in camera. Detto questo il gestore è arrivato in pochi minuti e ci ha fatto accedere alla camera. ”

“Appears to be a place where those addicted to meth stay. They say no smoking but I smelled smoking everyday. No one ever cleaned the room, broken furniture, no sitting area, view of a fake beach scene on a screen when lifted, view of the parking lot and expressway. Staff unhelpful, paid for an extra day so I could check out late the day I was actually leaving. Lady at the counter told me I could not check out until the next day. I left the room key, walked out and drove to the airport. I will...

“Non smoking room was booked, they checked me in 3 different non smoking rooms, but 3 rooms had very bad smoking smell, when asked staff, their reply was that they were not able to control the guest and since most of the rooms have smoking smell. Also bedding was not clean, lot of stains on bedding. No soap and shampoo as well. Very bad experience”
