Really nice. Have not used pool or hot tub . Nice and quiet, we slept well even though the hotel was packed with people.”

“I understand that it was a busy weekend in the Rochester area due to graduations, so the high prices were expected. Still paying a high rate when the pool was out of service was disappointing. I had one member of our party that just wanted to swim on their birthday and that didn't happen. From other reviews it appears the pool has been out of service for months. It needs to be removed as an amenity - it is no longer one!”

“Staff was very friendly upon arrival. Clean and comfortable. There were two things only that I have to comment: First night was very loud at the room next to us, people were yelling and making loud noise from midnight till 3:00am. Then around 6:00am we could smell what the kitchen was cooking, bacon, eggs etc! I do not know if it was because we were in the first floor and closed to the restaurant but the smell was so intense that at that woke us up ! ”

“Love this hotel. They have remodeled it since last we stayed. Looks great. Issues. The bathroom in the lobby. Someone broke the door off the stall. Not sure how long it was like that but no one was trying to fix it. There was a stained bed sheet by laundry room in the hall. Not hotels fault but someone should have not let it sit for an entire night. Lastly, hall by rooms 130s smelt like animal urine. If guests are extended they should clean after themselves. “We reserved 2 rooms each with 2 queen beds. We were running late and called at 6pm. Was told no problem I requested to pay for the rooms in full so we wouldn’t lose them I was told no need we had until 2am Got to hotel at 9:45. They didn’t have our rooms only ones with 1 bed in each After a long back and forth. They found rooms for us. Only one when we opened one of the doors people were sleeping in the beds We were given another room. At 2am someone opened the door to my elderly family...

“Cute bed & breakfast. Very friendly and welcoming. Location is on main street within walking distance to shops but far away enough that it isn't noisy. ”

“Motel con check-in tramite mail. Assicuratevi di avere un telefono funzionante perchè in caso di problemi dovete telefonare al gestore. Noi abbiamo dovuto chiedere aiuto ad altri ospiti per contattarlo in quanto dalle istruzioni ricevute non siamo riusciti ad entrare in camera. Detto questo il gestore è arrivato in pochi minuti e ci ha fatto accedere alla camera. ”

“The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Didnt really like how they had it set up. It seemed very compact and if there was more than a handful of people it would be crowded. All employees we encountered were super friendly. Would definitely stay there again.”
