“The manager in this location was AMAZING. I lost my purse in the shuttle bus and the bus the driver found it after dropping us off to the airport. The manager called me to let me know. Thank goodness he called because i was going crazy. My passport was in my purse. I was not able to check in. That's how i found out my purse was missing. Also, tried to call the property but my call was not going through. I was having a hard time making international call. Anyway the manager was able to get...

“The main attraction is the location as it is near to the airport and the Citigate Outlet mall. Feee shuttle bus service is also provided to/from the airport. The hotel is also just 1 MTR station from the Disneyland station hence can be a plus for families with young children. Online check-in is a breeze. However, the corridors are dark so I will advise if it is a solo trip, it is good to ask for a room nearer to the lifts. ”

“Molto lontano dal centro. La metro però è a 5 minuti a piedi. C'è un Bus l' A32 che dall'aeroporto ferma proprio davanti all'hotel. Pulito, stanze abbastanza comode per i loro standard, unico difetto come detto la distanza, servono 25 minuti per arrivare in centro con la metro.”
