“La Iglesia villa was just right for us! Walking distance to the beach is a plus! The large outdoor patio and pool is a great place to enjoy family. The only caveat is the upstairs bedroom has a shower, but no commode.”

“The house was location in a safe area with walk out to the beach as advertised . The design and quality material of the house is great. However, water leaked into first floor bedroom when it rained. There was pealing of plaster on the lanai. The family room had connections for TV and other devises , but there was no TV. The TV in the bunk room was broken.The staff were attentive and the food was prepared to our request every day. None of the staff spoke English”

“We brought family and friends to Villa Del Mar for a week long stay. We hosted our wedding at the villa as well. We had a wonderful experience. The food was fabulous. Omar, Joel, and Jose were so nice and helpful. Rebecca went above and beyond to help me plan the wedding for 10 months prior to our arrival. She was great at communicating and she answered every question I had and made sure we had everything we needed/wanted for our big day. She also came to check in periodically during our stay....

The owner quickly responded to all our questions and requests. The local manager was also extremely helpful and provided very quick assistance when needed. Vicina a Las Terrenas, una caratteristica cittadina caraibica con localini per tutti i gusti, dove passare serate in riva al mare. La villa dispone di ogni confort e attrezzature, la piscina è pulita, e la manutenzione è costante. E' la casa per vacanza ai caraibi che sogni!!”

“We had a really great stay at the villa! The view is amazing. Only point that could be improved is the kitchen equipments that are lower than what we are used to. Note that there is a villa in construction just beside, it did disrupt part of our relaxing time by the pool. Overall a great stay and the price is good.”

“We were 5 friends (two couples and a single) and the three bedrooms were perfect. We wanted something central, and not expensive. We wanted to be able to walk to the beach and restaurants, but still be off the main drag so quiet. The Villa Maracuja was perfect, not fancy, but with a lovely comfortable porch, where we spent most of the time.Any issues we had were dealt with promptly by Leonardo!”
