“Friendly staff.”

“La chambre/suite était vraiment spacieuse pour y relaxer à 2 devant le foyer. L'eau chaude pour douche/bain du soir était difficilement ateignable même passer 11pm (du à tous les autres bains en meme temps). Le spa et sauna sont plaisant (par contre le sauna n'atteignaiy pas un maximum de chaleur du au va-et-vient de plusieurs clients en meme temps et probablement le manque d'insigne concernant à quel fréquence mettre l'eau sur les pierres chaudes sans les "éteindre sous trop d'eau en meme...

“There are no bathrobes in the rooms! Bring your own if you plan to use the hot tub or sauna. There is no maid service during your stay. The hotel is located quite a distance from the mountain so keep in mind if you’re skiing or plan to visit Tremblant. The hotel was clean but average. Service is ok. ”

“We are repeat visitors, come twice a year. However, we arrived at 11:30PM this time and the check in was long and ridiculous. One person in front of us and it took over 15 mins to check them in. The line had grow so much it was to the back wall by 11:40PM. We don’t normally arrive that late so I don’t know if it’s a regular issue, but it was a bad start to our stay. ”

“Was a nice cozy stay, close to the base of mont tremblant ski resort. If you’re looking for a cheaper option that won’t break the bank I highly recommend this”
