“It was a place to stay, I was there for a memorial so I wasn’t in a fun mood. They had fluffy scrambled eggs which was always full during breakfast hours. There was always someone there asking how my room was. They only cleaned my room for my third day of my 3 day stay.”

“The only thing i can complain about is the hot tub being out of order. Ive searched and searched for hotels with a hot tub and found this hotel only to find out after check in thats its broken. But over all it was nice. The pool was way over packed and people without bracelets. I felt like some of the little kids were being properly watched. Pool was a bit chilly so that bummed me out. Im not much of a swimmer as my kids. I preper the hot tub to relax. ”

“Everything was clean and in order as expected. I slept well with minimal noise from other rooms, hallways, etc. Two improvements I would suggest: ditch the long goofy chaise lounge chair in the room and do the kind of wing back chair with ottoman they have at the regular Holiday Inns. It's much more comfortable, practical, etc. Also: Get a bigger television. Express has about 40 inch and regular Holiday Inns have 50s. Just a thought. Also, the tv is not square with the bed.
