“Enjoyed our 28-day stay at Makaha. Nice condo unit. Spacious bathroom. One of the best we've had in 4 years with VRBO. Laundry is conveniently located on the same floor. Management staff are friendly and helpful. Like that there is 24/7 security. Condo location is a bit further than we like, but it has all the amenities we needed for our stay. “The studio was clean, spacious & nice. However, the host advises "just steps from the ocean." Totally false! To get across to the ocean, you have to cross an extremely active highway. Furthermore, there are several homeless camps you also have to pass. To enter or exit the property, you have to get out of your vehicle and unlock the iron gates that are secured with a bicycle lock.
