Case galleggianti a Liberec

“Tried to put me in inferior room than the one I booked. After complaint was given a room with safe not working. Third room I was given was an upgrade but the internet worked horribly in all 3 rooms which were in different parts of hotel, different levels. Bed wasnt very comfortable. No way this hotel deserves anything close to the rating it has. One of the rooms the sink was over the toilet making it awkward to use. I arrived at hotel very tired from long trip the check in fiasco took over...

“Für einen längeren Aufenthalt war alles, was man braucht,da.Schönes grosses Grundstück ,wo Kinder spielen und baden konnten(Tischtennis,Federball, Bachlauf,der Pool war auf Wiese aufgestellt und groß genug für Kinder)Hinter dem Bachlauf leider keine Umzäunung für Hunde.”

“Starker unangenehmer Geruch nach Schimmel o.ä., dass die Kleidung noch am nächsten Tag danach gerochen hat. Das muss zwingend geändert werden.”
