“The main highlight is of course aquapark, nothing more impressive to look in this hotel. Despite 3-stars level the staff at the reception desk could be more friendly and customer-oriented. “We had a nice stay in the Pyloun City Boutique Hotel. Check-in was automatic via a tablet on the 5th floor as we arrived late. We had to pay an additional 2000 CZK as a deposit for the mini bar and possible damage in the room. Our room was on the 6th floor. “The check in was very slow (about 20-25 minutes!), also if the lady was kind. The room was little (15 mq, that they call "double room comfort", is really the minimum necessary to walk.. when you have got suitcases for a long journey!). The bathroom was very little and the sink microscopic. The road outside the hotel is really noisy, also during the night: so, if you are hot, you can't keep the window open and neither use the conditioning air because there isn't.
