“The first time we stayed at this hotel, they put us in a room next to a parking lot and we heard a bunch of people and loud service trucks. But the hotel is very convenient and nice so we decided to stay again. This last time, the front desk person was so sweet and already put us in a quieter room. She really made our stay!”
