“I chose this hotel because it said they had shuttles but when we got there there wasn’t any so you had to cab anywhere you wanted to go At a cost of over $100 per day There was nothing in walking distance ”

“It’s a beautiful hotel. Very convenient to all the streets of Charleston. I noticed our room had not been vacuumed on my side of the bed but when I spoke with the house keeping manager she said we vacuum ALL rooms and I said well I don’t have a pet 💩or have been eating sunflower seeds. She repeated the we vacuum so I said forget it and didn’t bother to let them correct the problem. ”

Great to be in the heart of the French Quarter for first time visitor yet the hotel still felt safe and quiet.”
