Nota dolente: non mi è stato segnalato che per parcheggiare dovevo esibire un permesso e così sono stata sanzionata. In un'altra struttura la prima cosa che l'Host mi ha dato è stato il permesso di parcheggio. Pazienza.”

“Staff extremely helpful under tricky conditions. With storm we had no electricity from 8am on 24th and still not connected this morning when I left. Staff put on a log stove in Bistro,managed to do teas n coffees on small gas heater, supplied good battery lamps for each resident, Manager even carefully drove in evening into part of Lanark with power and brought back a meal for an older person staying for BnB, She would not take money for that. Ever staff member there did much more that needed...
