Non perdere l'occasione di soggiornare in questo tesoro unico e locale. Il faro è una casa con quattro camere da letto / tre bagni e mezzo, situata nel punto più a nord della comunità privata e recintata di Kalita Point.

Questa casa a due piani dispone di due ampi portici con 120 piedi di accesso al lago, pittoresche viste a 180 gradi sul lago di Livingston e comprende anche una darsena privata con ascensori motorizzati per una barca e due moto d'acqua e più punti di accesso al lago. Il porto turistico di Penwaugh è a soli due minuti di auto da casa.

Dentro:
Al piano inferiore comprende una cucina a pianta aperta, una nicchia da pranzo e una camera familiare, nonché una camera da letto e un bagno completo, che include una lavatrice e asciugatrice full size.
Al piano superiore comprende la camera da letto principale con bagno padronale privato e altre due camere da letto che condividono un bagno Jack-and-Jill e una zona soppalco / intrattenimento.

Piano inferiore:
Family Room: ampio divano componibile con spazio per 8 persone con posti a sedere portatili aggiuntivi per ospiti aggiuntivi. Smart TV da 65 "con cavo di base e accesso ad app come Hulu, Netflix e Amazon Prime

Cucina: cucina moderna con suite completa di elettrodomestici moderni e fornita di piatti, pentole, padelle e utensili.

Pranzo: tavolo da pranzo allestito per ospitare 6, ma si espande su entrambe le estremità per ospitare fino a 10. Posti a sedere aggiuntivi disponibili per due al bar.

Camera da letto n. 4: la camera da letto più piccola della casa include un letto full size.

Di sopra:
Master (camera da letto n. 1): letto king size con Smart TV da 40 ". La camera da letto ha una grande finestra con vista diretta sul lago. L'ampio bagno interno include una cabina doccia personalizzata, una vasca full size e un doppio lavabo.

Camera da letto n. 2: letto matrimoniale con Smart TV da 40 ". Simile alla camera da letto principale, questa camera da letto include anche una grande finestra con una splendida vista sul lago (e l'alba dipende dal periodo dell'anno). Questa camera da letto si collega direttamente al bagno Jack & Jill.

Camera da letto n. 3: unico letto a castello a tre piani con letti queen (in basso), full (al centro) e due letti singoli. Questa camera da letto include anche un esclusivo ventilatore a soffitto chiuso e si collega direttamente al bagno Jack & Jill.

Bagno: bagno Jack e Jill con doppio accesso al lavandino e vanità. La porta aggiuntiva consente l'accesso privato alla doccia / WC.

Loft: divano letto con Smart TV da 50 "con console per videogiochi classici.

Minibar: frigorifero, lavello e forno a microonde chiusi da porte proprio fuori dal soppalco.

Al di fuori:
Il portico al piano inferiore è completamente coperto e vi si può accedere da entrambi i lati del cortile e dalla casa tramite una porta scorrevole in vetro. C'è una scala situata in posizione centrale che conduce direttamente al prato posteriore e all'acqua e una scala a chiocciola che conduce al ponte superiore. Il tavolo da pranzo principale può ospitare comodamente 6 persone con posti a sedere aggiuntivi e pouf disponibili per ospiti aggiuntivi. C'è anche una griglia propano 6 fuochi a disposizione di tutti gli ospiti. Questo è probabilmente il ponte principale che verrà utilizzato a causa del facile accesso alla casa e al cortile e include anche l'accesso a un mezzo bagno rifinito e climatizzato personalizzato ... il ponte della cacca!

Il ponte al piano superiore offre alcune delle migliori viste sul lago ed è il luogo ideale per guardare il sole sorgere e tramontare o semplicemente sedersi e ammirare le splendide viste sul lago. Al piano superiore sono disponibili posti a sedere di base. Questo ponte è accessibile dal basso tramite una scala a chiocciola o dall'interno tramite una porta scorrevole in vetro dall'area del soppalco.

La darsena / casa barca dispone di molto spazio con posti a sedere sia portatili che su panca per l'intera festa e comprende ascensori elettrici per barche e jet-ski. Vari giubbotti di salvataggio sono disponibili su richiesta. Questo è un ottimo posto per rilassarsi, rilassarsi, nuotare, galleggiare o saltare dall'altalena di corda nel lago.

Lake Livingston Lighthouse
We really enjoyed our Labor Day Weekend at this beautiful home on the lake. It was so nice to be able to keep our boat on the lift! Communication with Trisha was awesome, any questions we had she was very quick to reply. Will definitely be back!

Weekend at the Lighthouse
We had an awesome stay at the lighthouse! The kids thought it was so cool! The house was wonderful, we were able to use the rope swing and boat lift. We are counting down the days until we return again!

Love the Lighthouse
For the past 4 summers we have started our end of school / beginning of summer at the lighthouse. Once again it was an amazing retreat form the city. Being able to use the boat lift for our boat is so helpful. I can’t imagine having to put it in and out of the water everyday. We put it in when we get there and don’t have to pull it out of the water until our last day. The kids enjoyed fishing, kayaking, jumping off the dock and playing catch in the grass. We had 2 families of 4 and there was plenty of room for all of us. My kids always look forward to staying at the lighthouse and the second we left they were already asking when we could go back.

We love staying at the lighthouse each summer. We had two families with 10 people total (4 adults, 6 kids ranging from 4 to 17). It is the perfect house to two families. The kids couldn’t get enough of the rope swing and jumping off the dock to swim. We also enjoyed kayaking and grilling. Everything we needed was there. We brought our own boat and jet ski and the lifts were perfect to keep them out of the water when we weren’t using them. It was a wonderful break from our normal lives and we can’t wait to enjoy a trip again next summer.

The Lighthouse is great for family gatherings
My family of 9 adult siblings had a wonderful reunion at the Lighthouse! Trisha and Trevor were the best hosts. They are so kind & quick to respond to messages. Their lake house has a beautiful serene view of Lake Livingston and they provide all of the essentials to relax & have a great time. Their home is spacious & clean with comfortable beds, kitchen/dinner ware, a grill, games , nice linens, towels and a large washer & dryer. The comfortable large sectional couch , the large kitchen table & patio table provide ample seating for a large group. There are 4 flat screens & great WiFi. The 3.5 baths are beautiful! We had fun lounging on the boathouse. The small gated neighborhood is friendly & safe. We truly appreciate you sharing your beautiful home!

Love the Lighthouse
This was our second time booking the lighthouse (we also stayed in June 2020) and it did not disappoint. Communication was great with the owners and there were plenty of things for everyone in our group to do (3 adults and 4 kids ranging from 3 to 18 years old). The favorites were kayaks, the rope swing and the old school Nintendo. The location can’t be beat either. We enjoyed watching the sunset over the water multiple evenings. We even got a game of Cornhole in. It was the perfect end of school celebration for us to unwind and enjoy the lake.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
This house is BEAUTIFUL and Trevor and Trisha are amazing. They stayed in contact with us the entire stay, making sure we didnt need anything (it was great to know they were available incase we did need help) We were there for a 30th birthday celebration and Easter. Everyone enjoyed this beautiful property. The house is clean and the liens are GREAT! They had everything we needed in the kitchen as well. The neighbors are awesome too. One of the neighbors had their grandkids, they got out a slip and slide and had a GREAT time. The only thing I wish we had, was a boat, I think we would have been able to enjoy the lake a little more, if we had one. Now we know, for the next time we stay. Thank you again Trevor and Trisha!

Family get away.
We loved the Lighthouse! We loved the lake view! We stayed for 9 days and we loved every minute of our stay. The house was clean and comfortable. The dock was so nice, we fished and used the kayaks. The bathrooms are beautiful along with the rest of the house. Can’t wait to come back and visit again. The owners answered every question quickly and we had a problem with a lock on the door and someone was over within 30 min. And fixed it for us. Highly recommend taking advantage of this house and the lake.

Labor Day 2020
We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was everything it was advertised to be and more. It easily accommodated 9 of us and never once felt crowded. Did some water sports and even caught fish right off the dock. We couldn't have been more pleased with our experience and the entire family wants to make it an annual trip.

Awesome group vacation and getaway
We rented this house for two weeks with extended family and friends. It was very comfortable. The spaces are modern and all the accoutrements are there. There’s one bedroom on the first floor for the older set, and three bedrooms on the second floor. Bathrooms are beautiful. We used the boatlift on the dock for our boat, and the water is deep off of the dock for jumping in or using the rope swing. The back porch is very comfortable and wraps around, with lots of space and seating. It also includes a big propane grill where we cooked our dinner most nights. The kitchen is well stocked with almost everything you need. If you’re big into baking, you might need to bring some extra pans. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and the neighbors are friendly. We will definitely return to this beautiful spot.

Great Family Vacation on the Lake!
We have 5 adults and 5 children and we had plenty of room. The house is located in a quite cove so even if the lake is a little rough we seemed to have a quiet part of the lake. We caught fish off the pier, jumped off the rope swing and used the 2 paddle boats. Also a nice boat lift if you have a boat. Everything was clean and kept up really well. Thank you for a great stay we hope to stay at this cute light house again!

We had the best thing me at this home. The house was great and the dock was fun.
We took our son and 6 of his friends 17-18 year olds. They had so much fun in the lake, the rope swing and kayaks. Great dock for a boat and jet skis. The house was perfect and just the right size. Would love to come back! The owners were very responsive and kind.

Magical Loghthouse Vacation
The accommodations were perfect for our group of six. We all loved swimming off the dock and swinging from the rope swing, even Grandma and Grandpa gave it a go! Our oldest caught her first fish and was so excited. There was y plenty of everything, space, linens and kitchen accoutrements. Thank you for such a magical trip!

Love the lighthouse
We had two families staying together (10 people total) and there was room for everyone. The kids especially enjoyed the rope swing from the boathouse. There were plenty of life vests for all sizes that came in handy when our 2 and 5 year old decided jumping off the dock and swimming back to the ladder was their favorite thing to do. Having the boat lifts was amazing so that we could have our boat safely out of the water when we weren’t using it. I would highly recommend staying here. The 6 kids ranged from 2 to 15 between the two families and every single one of them had a great time.
