Great property manager, problems with hot tub, pool
It's a lovely and very functional house, however I chose it because I needed a swimmable pool and spa for physical therapy which the site said was heated. Unfortunately, and unbeknownst to the property manager, the heater was broken, so while they thought that they were heated (according to the remote programming) they actually never did. As it was a cool week, the pool and spa actually got colder and colder. It was frustrating because the property manager, who was new to the property, kept trying and was thinking it was heating (and telling me as such) but I would come back to cold water - too cold to swim in. The property manager was a very good communicator, however, and kept trying very hard to make it work, responding at every hour of the day or night. They were also very pleasant and empathetic, and in the end, agreed to a refund, which took the edge off the disappointment. I would say that, if the heater had worked, which I am sure it will in the future, that this place would have been an absolute gem. The property manager's wonderful personality, professionalism, and continuous efforts were of the highest quality and gave me the impression that this company - Myoho Property management -has stellar ethics and integrity. So in the end I would strongly recommend this listing, especially with Boba as manager, who, I know, will make sure it is as listed and will attend to future guests with great care.
